This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During product launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).


2. Shipping Locations

TWEL2THREE currently ships to selected domestic and international destinations.

If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified before your order is processed.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Estimated delivery times:

  • India: 5-10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Shipping method selected

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before payment is completed.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated.

TWEL2THREE is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.


6. Tracking Orders

If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress and ensuring they are available to receive their package.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

TWEL2THREE is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information

  • Additional shipping charges resulting from address corrections

8. Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, TWEL2THREE is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

TWEL2THREE is not liable for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Stolen packages after delivery

  • Delivery delays caused by weather, customs, strikes, transportation issues, or other events beyond our control

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery-related issues.


9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact twel2three@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review, customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the package and product

  • A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package and complete opening process

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund.


10. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If an order is refused, abandoned, or returned to us due to:

  • Failure to pay customs charges

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Failure to collect the package

  • Repeated delivery attempts

Any return shipping fees, customs charges, or carrier fees incurred may be deducted from the customer's refund.
