Return Eligibility

At TWEL2THREE, all sales are considered final.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are only accepted if the item received is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Defective upon arrival

  • Incorrect item received

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Personal preference

  • Delayed deliveries outside our control

  • Limited-edition, made-to-order, custom, or sale items

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To protect both our customers and our brand from fraudulent claims, a clear, continuous, and unedited video recording of the entire unboxing process is required for any claim involving:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective products

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect items received

  • Packaging issues

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • The shipping label and order details

  • The complete unboxing process without cuts or edits

  • The condition of the product upon arrival

This video must be emailed to twel2three@gmail.com along with your order number.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for return, replacement, exchange, or refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Required unboxing video

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement, store credit, exchange, or refund is appropriate.

Exchanges

Exchanges may only be offered for damaged, defective, or incorrect items and are subject to product availability.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection and approval.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have additional consumer rights under applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights where they apply.
